Palazzo Pianca Hotel Venice

As a disabled traveler, I appreciated the modern elevator and easy accessibility of the hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Venice's key attractions, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The complimentary minibar was a pleasant surprise, and the stylish, minimalistic room decor added to the overall comfortable environment.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just opposite the Gritty palace and very close to St Marks Square. It is also adjacent to a narrow alley leading to the nearest vaporetto station, making it convenient for transportation. The rooms are modern and minimalistic with plenty of amenities such as a complimentary mini bar and great wifi. The staff is professional and responsive, providing excellent service. The hotel is well cleaned and has a stylish and modern entrance hall.

The hotel lacks a visible reception desk, concierge desk, and a porter, which can make the check-in process unclear and require better service.

We had an amazing time staying at this luxury hotel. It is conveniently located near the vaporetto station and this made getting around very easy for us. The hotel has a beautiful terrace and is situated in a quiet area, yet close to everything. The staff was very friendly and always available to help us out, and the rooms were very clean and well equipped. We particularly loved the pet amenities available.

The location couldn't have been better for our New Year's stay. It was just a short walk away from all the main attractions, but tucked away in a quiet area so we could escape the crowds. The design of the hotel was fine, combining classic elements with a modern twist. The room was perfect, with all the amenities we needed and a comfortable bed. It would have been helpful if the reception had been more readily available upon our arrival.

The cleanliness was perfect, and the modern facilities provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything we wanted to explore in this city. We were really surprised by the convenience of the vaporetto stop nearby, making it easy for us to navigate and explore. The staff, particularly Marta, was helpful and provided us with great recommendations for nearby food and transportation options. this hotel was so good in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff.

During my recent stay at Palazzo Pianca, I was amazed by the modern and clean design of the hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy for us to explore the city. The flexibility in check-in and check-out times was convenient, and I appreciated receiving personalized messages about the check-in process directly to my phone. The complimentary upgrade that our friends received made their room experience even more amazing. As for my room, it was gorgeous with a fine canal view. On the last day of our stay, I had some urgent work calls to take, and the hotel graciously allowed me to work from the hotel all day, extending my check-out time to fit my schedule. I can't thank Palazzo Pianca enough for their really good service and can't wait to return and see them again!

Although everything was great , it would have been more convenient if the reception office stayed open a bit later in the evening. They seemed to close at 5pm.
